On entering the tranquil treatment room which is so beautiful and welcoming, I was offered a delicious drink of mint tea which was a really thoughtful touch at this cold time of year. Already my stress levels are dropping and after a long reflexology session with warm heated blanket and calming music I was sooooo relaxed. I really look forward to my monthly visits to Kirstie!

My foot revive was nice but I do get a bit disappointed when a massage is advertised as x amount of minutes and the massage time falls short. In this instance by 8 mins!

Experiencing anxiety for the first time (going through the menopause) I had a visit with Kirstie and explained exactly how I was feeling, including lack of sleep.
