Once again, a first class treatment. This time I had reflexology. It was so relaxing and Shabana was spot on in her detection of areas which were problematic for me. I can’t recommend this lady highly enough.

Shabana is an amazing therapist with healing hands. Her Black Dismonds facial with lymphatic massage was wonderful. The difference in the fine lines around my mouth was astonishing. I will definitely be booking a course of these!

I had my first hot stones massage since surgery on my shoulder and elbow and it was a great expereince. I was slightly apprehensive given all the issues I have had but Shabana put me totally at ease, and adjusted the pressure as required in that area. My shoulders feel better than they have in months following this treatment. Safe to say I will be booking in again

I had an amazing and incredibly relaxing Ishga facial with Shabana, who went above and beyond to ensure my comfort at 35 weeks pregnant. She made me feel completely at ease throughout the treatment, adjusting everything to suit my needs. The facial itself was rejuvenating, leaving my skin glowing and refreshed. As always, my monthly reflexology session with Shabana is worth every penny. I come away relaxed and envigorated.

At last I found a Reflexologist who helps me completely relax. Shabanna provides the perfect combination of relaxation with guided breathing and therapy treatment. For me, Shabanna's pressure is perfect and is very effective. She also incorporates a soothing massage to the feet and legs which just adds to the whole experience. My sore back has completely gone and I feel balanced and ready to face life's pressures. I would recommend this lady and Reflexology and as a trainer I'm a difficult client to please. A + I'll be back for regular sessions sure!
