I’ve just had the most beautiful treatment “Grounding Like A Tree” this was so very needed, I instantly felt completely relaxed in Heathers room and drifted into deep, tranquil, peace. I highly recommend this grounding treatment to anyone who is feeling a little overwhelmed with life right now. I loved the meditation to start, the reflexology and finishing with Reiki, even though I was asleep for most of it, I was still aware of my surroundings. My mind switched off and it hasn’t for months, thank you so so much Heather 💜

Any successful non-pharmacological treatment for anything is always a joy. Cheerful Reflexology at the 'Orchard' left me relaxed, hungry and with a sense that all was well-oiled and functioning well. Not being a regular in the world of Holistic Therapy, I particularly appreciated the fact that everything was patiently explained.

Lu is the best. So professional and lovely.

Fern is amazing! Back neck and shoulder massage, with mini Indian head massage and lymphatic drainage on face… this was the perfect combo to distress and reset! Highly recommend booking in with Fern, she really knows her stuff!

But… I tried cupping and would highly recommend if you’re wanting to release tension in certain areas of the back! Fern is amazing. I’ve had two different massages now and both have been great. I have come away both times feeling so much better than when I arrived. Fern is friendly, accommodating and explains it all thoroughly, allowing you to ask questions. Would thoroughly recommend FG Massage.
