I had the most amazing experience at Alma with Sandra. I came in distraught over my irritated skin and she reassured me it was all going to be okay. She made me feel heard, safe, and optimistic. I had Deep Cleansing Facial with LED Light Therapy single session with Sandra, her products are beautiful, l felt very relaxed & calm during the process, I had I just love it. Sandra was very gently to remove my black points. My skin feels clean, eventually I will need to back to see her again to continue the process but in the meantime she texted me to check on me and give more directions about my Skincare Routine And this for me means a lot Very good professional Thank you!
