Lovely and kind hairdresser. Only feedback I'd give is to please make sure the a/c is cold as it gets very hot and stuffy in that room especially with all the chemicals of a keratin. Also, please provide us magazines, it's a long time to be sitting in the chair so a few magazines would've been appreciated. Thank you

Shri was wonderful !! It's always a little daunting to have threading or waxing done, but Shri was professional, efficient and lightning fast. It was over as soon as possible and as painlessly as possible. The tinting of my eyebrows was perfect - just a natural brown and a more natural effect than the glam look that is popular. It was perfect for this Grandma and I totally appreciated it. Shri was only too happy to do exactly what I required. I didn't feel like I was a little old or out of fashion - it was all about what I wanted. Thank you Shri.

Great service, excellent customer service. I travelled from my hometown in Charleville, Outback QLD on my way to Bribie Island. Had to make a pit stop in Toowoomba so I could get my hair done here. I used to attend here regularly when I was a local so keen to return to the best Hairdressers in Toowoomba. As usual I was very pleased with my colour touch up and style cut.

My stylist was fantastic - thank you Zigby's for offering Keratin to your clients. Us girls with frizzy, knotty hair desperately need Keratin to control our hair. 6 months ago I got my first Keratin treatment and I haven't looked back. Zigby's is the only hairdresser in Toowoomba that offers Keratin treatments. I encourage my sisters with frizzy, knotty hair to get a Keratin treatment and notice the difference. I have just had my first appointment with Zigbis and I could not be more happy. Jade gave me an excellent cut (best it's looked in years!) and was the perfect balance of being friendly and chatty without being annoying. I will be back!
