She is incredibly knowledgeable , very professional and cares about her clients and the service she is providing and all aervices are delivered to a high standard. Just had a luxury facial with Karen, the owner. It’s was absolute bliss. Highly recommend. You are cocooned from the minute you arrive until you leave. You are greeted with a warm welcome and everything is explained about your treatment. Karen is super professional and it shows. I didn’t want to leave. A hidden gem and a must visit.
