Best wax ever! Don’t know how but Kinga makes the waxing session very relaxing and comfortable. Wouldn’t go anywhere else for waxing! She’s a gem, so lovely and kind can’t wait for my next appointment :)

I usually come every 5 weeks or so to Simply Hair and Beauty Lounge for waxing - experience is always 10/10. Laura is incredible, always friendly and helps you to feel at ease. Very knowledgeable and experienced in the services she provides. Today I decided to treat myself and booked a facial - WOW. Experience could not have been better. Relaxing environment, really comfy cozy bed with fluffy blanket. The products smelled amazing and the techniques that Laura used felt so calming and good for my skin. Would 100% recommend. ❤️

Excellent treatment. We were running late and I called the salon to advise - the lady was So so lovely, and didn’t make me feel guilty. We will definitely recommend and be back. The products smelt gorgeous too. A fab place!

Laura is absolutely lovely and so thorough with my waxes. Even if the wax doesn’t pick up a few hairs, she will go back with tweezers and get them for me. Every appointment I have with her is one that I sincerely look forward to!

I was apprehensive about getting anti winkle injections but knew it was something I wanted doing for a while.. I had nothing to worry about because I was in such good hands with Laura. She explained everything she was doing and put me at ease. I love my results and only regret not doing it sooner. I will definitely be going back to Laura in the future!

Absolutely amazing experience from start to finish! My hair turned out perfect! Also my first time having a Hollywood wax and I very quickly became comfortable and didn’t hurt as much as I expected! This morning I had booked a facial and back massage with Jess. It’s the best facial and back massage I’ve ever had. I absolutely adore the medik8 products anyway. But combined with Jess and her massage techniques they worked so well together. Jess is amazing and so friendly and I loved the fact she asked me lots of questions about any areas I wanted to concentrate on. My skin looks incredible and I feel completely relaxed. I will 100% be booking in again ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Once again Meg worked her magic on me & once again I am soooo happy with the results & I am now back to feeling myself again. My lips are spot on, she gets them perfect every single time, she knows what I like & more importantly what will suit my face. I can not recommend her enough. It was my first appointment with Megan and I was impressed. I have been doing Botox for over 20 yrs. Megan let me know all her offers so I got 3 areas of Botox and skin booster injections. Thank you I will be back in 3 months for my Botox again and my top up in 2 weeks if needed. xx
