Best experience I’ve ever had ! I believe I was with Alice - she was funny and professional at the same time, and she definitely knew what she was doing. I tend to get a little nervous at hair appointments since the scissors and straightener come very close to my face, but I wasn’t worried even once this time! Will definitely go back in the future !

I love coming to The Look! Never have I ever visited a salon as often as I do now! Alice is awesome, I trust that she’ll do the best for me and my hair! I can sit and work or sit and chat, depending on the sort of day I’m having. Great cuppa too! Highly recommend’

I’ve been going to The Look for over two years now, and I couldn’t be happier with the service. The staff are always so welcoming, and I always leave with a smile on my face. My hair always looks and feels amazing! The Look is my go-to for all occasions. Jenina, in particular, is fantastic—she takes the time to answer all my questions and ensures my hair turns out exactly how I envisioned. Highly recommend!
