Visiting Nicola and the girls is always a pleasure, they are all very professional, caring and lovely. I know Nicola since few years back, I tried different treatments with her and she always sends me home relaxed and very satisfied. Amazing massage again today - Nicola is really helping with my constant back problems caused by my posture at work. Never had the courage to go for a massage, worried that they would be too uncomfortable. Totally the opposite and in such a lovely relaxed room with beautiful aromatherapy as an added treat. My first time at House of Soul and i cant thank Gemma enough. She is so kind, down to earth and sooooo talented! I find it hard to relax but i was able to drift away and have some me time, the massage was incredible, perfect technique/ pressure. Facial and head massage just sensational. Absolutely feel like im floating after leaving ( i could've stayed all day!) Truly a hidden gem too- gorge deco/ vibe- ill be back! Thank you so much xx

Cannot rate Mel enough, not only is she absolutely amazing at what she does but she's also a beautiful person inside & out. By far the best massage I've had (I've tried a fair few) she adapts each session depending on what I need, will let me rant & vent but also allows me to relax & chill when I'm in the zone. I recommend Mel to everyone & no one is ever disappointed. I will never go anywhere else. Thank you Mel for saving my back ❤️

Brilliant back massage again, I can't rate Charlene highly enough, she's professional, friendly and simply excellent at back massage. I get very bad knots and she removes them very effectively.

Stacey was lovely, welcoming and made me feel relaxed - looking forward to going again for a beauty treatment rather than necessary waxing 😊

I got a last minute booking for my waxing and within the time allocated, Nicola managed to wax my leg and do a Brazilian for me. In conversations, I realised it was actually the same salon I use to go to at Fulwood. I was dead happy to be back with them. Really grateful for the friendly and wonderful service.
