I had a back facial with Laura and it was fantastic. I have a few black spots on my back that are impossible to reach so I came to re:lax to start getting my back summer ready. Laura was lovely, she made me feel comfortable and gave me an amazing back, head and neck massage. The atmosphere of the salon is soothing and peaceful and it is located in a very cool spot in Hackney. I would definitively go back also for other treatments and I would recommend everyone to go too! Thank you!

Elisa is simply amazing! So knowledgeable, professional and thorough. The salon space is very clean, relaxing and Elisa has a lovely energy. I had a dermaplaning facial with extractions (so gentle) and LED light therapy. I left with glowing skin and had a much better idea of how to correctly look after my skin after Elisa’s skin analysis and education on correct aftercare. Elisa went above and beyond and sent me a detailed skincare plan, I will definitely be back to do a course of peels! I also bought the sunscreen which is amazing, not greasy and super light weight. 10/10

Had an amazing facial with Adeline today. Exactly what I needed. Adeline have very calming energy and her treatment room is nice and cozy (with heated sheet to keep you nice and warm in this weather). Got great advice on skin care and will definitely come back for some more advanced facial. Thank you

Loved my treatment and technician. However, I did not like the space. It is basically just a big room. When I get a massage or facial I like to be in a spa so probably won't go back. But my facialist was lovely!

My facial with Esme was just amazing, my skin feels so smooth and plumped. I had the bespoke facial and I cannot recommend it enough, it's the perfect treatment to boost your skin and relax at the same time with the head and foot massage. Esme has a very calming presence and her massage was one of the best I had since long time! I will be back soon :)

I recently had a facial with April, and I couldn't be more pleased with the experience. April is truly amazing at what she does. The products she used were just right—never too overpowering, and my skin feels absolutely incredible. I opted for the bespoke facial, and it exceeded my expectations. April's attention to detail and personalised approach made the entire experience exceptional. I left feeling refreshed and with noticeably improved skin. Had a fantastic session today. I had Japanese head Spa-Scalp & Hair Treatment, and it was amazing! I loved the pre-head assement to see what my scalp was like before starting. My hair feels great, facial was lovely overall a very relaxing experience!! Will definitely be back with hubby or friends!!

The Express Facial I received was exactly what my skin needed. It was thorough and left my skin feeling refreshed, rejuvenated, and absolutely glowing. The extraction process, which I usually dread, was surprisingly painless. Elisa is meticulous, ensuring that every clogged pore was cleared out, leaving my skin smooth and clear. Elisa is amazing! She was so patient with my questions (it was my first time having a facial) and she took time to explain all the potential treatments and answer every question fully. She has created a safe and welcoming space where you can relax while she works her magic. My skin already looks refreshed and glowing after just one LED session and extraction, I will definitely be coming back for follow-up sessions.
