Alex is fantastic! After 6 months of skin trouble, many products and fruitless dermatologist appointments, I was skeptical that anyone could help. Alex impressed me immediately with his knowledge and advice, and even discouraged me from booking treatment with him until my skin was balanced again (unlike some of the other derms I visited…). He was quite thorough and patient with all of my questions. My skin is now back on track and set to be better than ever with his help. Can’t wait to sort my schedule so I can book my facial!

Amazing experience and staff. The venue is lovely and very well designed. I had a deep clean facial that includes a lovely and relaxing massage. I was also recommended some products to add in my daily routine to help my skin. Highly recommended I will absolutely come back.

Very clean atmosphere and place. Very relaxing and calm environment. The staff were great and kind and offered complimentary drinks. They offer different treatments like massages and facials. A cosy little spa with great ambiance. I'm a repeat customer, getting monthly facials with Alexandra. I usually fall asleep during the facials and wake up relaxed with glowing skin. The Ilapothecary products she uses are amazing and smell wonderful.

Alexa was very professional and diligent at making sure I had the best facial that was required given its been over a year since I last had a facial so the blackheads were very prolific and stubborn. My face looks very clean and hydrated. I will definitely come back in 6-8 weeks time so that she can continue with sorting out my tired old face!
