Having recently moved into the area, a friend of mine recommended Foundation Beauty Therapy at Lyneham shops for my go to salon. I booked in for a 1 hour relaxation massage and was not disappointed. As soon as you enter the salon you feel welcome. The staff are passionate & experienced. Had the best massage that I’ve had in years. I will definitely be back.

The remedial massage was so healing and complete. I kept thinking that my massage specialist knows so well the body that she went through much needed spots on my body without even telling her. Such a beautiful and needed experience, im definitely coming back! So thankful to the terre team, the tea at the end in a separate living room was just perfect.

Exactly what I needed. I booked in for a neck, back and shoulders massage to manage a tension headache. As soon as I mentioned the headache my masseuse adapted the treatment to include a head massage. Service and treatment were fantastic.

Kyle was amazing! It was possibly the best massage I’ve ever had. Not once was it too hard or too soft. The pressure was perfect for the entire 90 minutes. Can’t wait to go back!

Couples massage with sauna and jacuzzi. Our spa day was beyond our expectations! The spa room is definitely worth the add on! We felt very spoilt and left feeling like we had a morning at the spa - all in the middle of Canberra!

Massage was sensational. Reason for 4 stars was sauna not turned on so we didn’t get to use that as part of our package which was pretty disappointing. Also felt very rushed with tea etc being brought in while we were getting into the spa. They used to prepare the tea and you’d have it out in the foyer.

Sally was wonderful for my massage! Perfect firmness and checked in with me throughout. Released some very tight knots and helped my aching muscles a lot. Can’t wait to book back in!

I had a back massage and bio sculpture soak off with overlay nails from Christina. Massage was amazing and very relaxing, I didn't want it to end. Really happy with my fresh bio nails. They look pretty. Christina is very professional and enjoys what she does... which is why she does it so well. Perri is also excellent. I had shellac nails in my very first visit and Perri did them. Beautiful job. Although I hadn't been going there long, they remember who I am and ask how I'm going, which is nice.

Perrie was so warm and welcoming and I loved the look she created for me! I can't wait to come back!

The best experience for a lash lift and brow lamination! Such a calm, comfortable and relaxing space! Perry and Sally are very knowledgeable and gentle in what they do. Definitely recommend and will be coming back for more!
