I was a bit nervous at the beginning as it was the first I’ve been in a floating Therapy but Lizz and Zoe explained the process and were very supportive. I had the whole room including shower to myself. The water was warm and the room was calming. Shower afterwards was great. I couldn’t relax too much but only because I was worried to go to sleep, it was so quiet and peaceful in there. I definitely would give it a go again knowing what to expect and definitely would recommend the experience to others. I even got a yummy sorbet at the end of free. Thank you for having me.

Darice provides an incredible back, neck and shoulder massage that always relieves my shoulder knots and tense, achey, muscles. Darice is such a lovely person too and always puts me at ease. I highly recommend Bodiology.
