Was a bit soar afterwards due to all my injuries leg feels a lot better today than it has in a long while as I suffer with tendonopathy and arthritis right shoulder still a bit soar due to torn rota cuff but I have more movement and definitely a lot looser wasn't going to have the foot massage but did and was very surprised how good it was would highly recommend full body hot lava shell massage for aches pains and stiff muscles thankyou very much

I had a lava shell back massage and it was heavenly, I savoured every moment. Sarah was very professional and well equipped to protect both herself and her clients with regards to the corona virus. I’ll definitely be going back.

Very relaxing massage. Very informative about what to expect from the massage before beginning. Nice atmosphere with warm towels and music. Asked on different occasions if the pressure was okay. Given complimentary glass of water at the end.
