What a lovely therapy centre! I have recently had a sports massage with Katie and a lymphatic drainage massage with Liz and both treatments were perfect. The two therapists made me feel safe and comfortable and explained the treatments fully, answering all of my questions. Prices were very reasonable and I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Therapy & Life Centre in Coulsdon to anyone looking for these services. I will certainly be going back to them for any of my future needs. Thank you ladies.

Been going to Essence for years now - Karen gives THE BEST massages - the Indian Head massage is to die-for ! Lovely salon - always clean and welcoming. They also now do advanced aesthetics too :-)

I saw kirstie for the first time today as I wanted a massage to relieve tension from health conditions. For the first time i felt extremely relaxed and i felt the benefit. Received a full body massage, Bobbi was great and relieved tension in neck & shoulders in particular to eliminate any soreness/tightness. Comfortable room with dim lights/ambient music and heated massage table. Good facilities with friendly staff. I would highly recommend and will return again soon.

Just had a luxury facial with Karen, the owner. It’s was absolute bliss. Highly recommend. You are cocooned from the minute you arrive until you leave. You are greeted with a warm welcome and everything is explained about your treatment. Karen is super professional and it shows. I didn’t want to leave. A hidden gem and a must visit. I will be back 10/10
