Waiyee is an absolute genius, giving me tips on how to improve my training to help with my running and I've really felt the benefits, no longer having issues with my knees running which is a first! She catered the massage to my back problems and also suggested some stretches to help relief the pain. Make sure you book an appointment, you won't regret it!
