The Reiki Healing Message and sauna were an incredible, unique, soulful experience I'd highly recommend. Everything is was personalized to what I needed, comfortable, clean and the difference before coming in and after, was night and day. Shannon is amazing! I have lower back and hip issues that have limited my activities for months. I saw her three times during a two week vacation and was able to enjoy the whole time. She was a combination of massage and PT and really knows her stuff. She also helped me find someone where I live that does the same type of medical massage. I cannot recommend her enough!

SB does an amazing job every time! She’s able to go beyond a massage and release so much tightness with her myocardial release techniques. I have had fascia multiple sessions with her and every time I leave feeling like a new person! So much tightness and pain is released. I am sore for a couple of days but after that I feel brand new! I have better range of motion, no more pain and my body feels like it can move more naturally! I highly recommend everyone schedule with SB ASAP!

She was incredibly thorough with a good mix of a little gentle, a lot deep plus some much needed stretching. And having her come to our room at the Burrus Inn was a huge plus. I will not hesitate to book her again next time we’re here.
