The therapist I had today was so professional and good at her job. I had a stiff back due to my glutes being really tight, she manipulated my back and used various stretch movements to get the knots out and release the tension in my glutes.. lovely friendly lady.. Every time I’ve been there, the Service is very professional clean. I Booked myself, another massage and a facial upcoming month of November. Thank you Sonia I hope that’s a name and a big thank you to the rest of the team..

Excellent professional Blossom package. Many knots discovered!!! All smoothed out. I went for the deep tissue and I can honestly say i feel soooo much better even though the experience was a pain/pleasure thing....bit i knew that from the start th the start. The foot massage and and the head and neck i enjoyed the mist. Feel like I'm walking on air fight now! Thank you amd I look forward to the next one. Well recommended. Very polite amd courteous staff 👍 😃

Great facial by Poojah. Perfect pressure for the massage. My only gripe is when you are left with a face mask on during a facial - as I was here. I wish all therapists would make better use of the time eg do a hand or arm or head massage for you. I can sit with a face mask on at home! Other than that, no complaints and will return.

I took hydra facial and it was done by Jas. I can see my skin is visibly clean and glowing. Definitely going to book again. Just a suggestion for the outlet manager kindly arrange for some changing gowns if in case a person booked waxing or facials involving neck or back massage. A towel is not enough. Had my first Hydrafacial with Manisha and Nilima very kindly squeezed me in for a brow shape, upper lip & arm wax. I can wholeheartedly say it was the best facial I have ever had! This was my second visit I was booked in for a facial, with Jess. Jess was very warm and welcoming. She remembered me from my last visit. The facial itself was amazing!!! The products used smelt divine. Massage to my neck and shoulder help relieve the tension from my stressful job. I was so relaxed I'm sure I dosed off at some point!! After my treatment my skin felt so hydrated and fresh. I'm loving the experience from Harvest I decided this year I would have more of me time and not feel guilty about it and that's exactly what I'm doing. Jess I say it again you have magic hands.
