Sauna was great and loved having the tv available to watch relaxing Greek island escapes. Cold plunge and shower were also a delight.

To make an amazing wellness space is an achievement, , however, to complement this space with beautiful, attentive staff elevates the experience stratospherically! I really enjoy my sessions at Zen Wellness studio.

So cool. Loved the experience as the rooms were nice and entertainment systems very modern. You could listen and watch your tubes and music and hear thru speakers in the sauna. I also loved the options for 6 other colours that all relate to the chakras and diiferent ailments. Will return

Great facility all round. From the staff to the cleanliness of the rooms to the service. Had a great session in the new contrast room, best part is I can catch up on my shows while I'm in sauna.

As first timers, my partner and I attended our first contrast therapy session. The moment we walked in, the place was gorgeous, clean and the ambiance was immaculate. Very relaxing experience overall. The hot rock sauna experience was really needed paired with a TV with your choice of Netflix show or movie to watch. Additionally, the ice plunge was my first time experiencing this. Loved it and will be coming back for sure! They really look after the place, and the service is very lovely.
