It was a great experience. The facialists were really good at their job. The salt cave was the perfect place to sit down and relax. The ice globe treatment was amazing! I would want to come back to this spa and get a facial whenever I possibly could. Would recommend for anybody else who wants a good relaxation afternoon.

Relaxing from the sauna, invigorating from the ice bucket dump (6) and cold shower, and finally Theresa was superb in her enthusiasm, customer management skills and interaction.

First visit, and the dry sauna infraray experience was good. Teresa was very helpful and friendly. Thoroughly relaxed after the sauna and loved the three cold bucket splashes immediately after followed by the cold shower.

Today it was relaxing with an overall feeling of beneficial results enjoying the comfort and ease toward experiencing the 3 treatments: sauna, Salt cave and hand and foot detox experience. This is my second visit.

Unbelievable! The infrared sauna gently raised my core temperature until I was in a good healthy sweat. The calm and serenity of the salt cave felt perfect to cool my body after the sauna. Tiffany provided exemplary service during my signature facial. Theresa was an absolute joy as she escorted me from service to service and the owner Vojtek was onsite and gave me a tour of the new renovations that will take place. Overall it was the calm I was looking for and I can’t wait to share my experience with my friends! Susan from Barrie

This was my first experience at this location and also in an infrared sauna. It was pretty cool (actually the opposite!). I totally felt like Jello afterwards. The staff were all friendly and welcoming. I’m definitely heading back for another experience (float!).

Your customer service is getting better and better each time I book. All front staff greeted me with a hello and smile, brought me a tea, checked part way through hand and foot detox to see the temperature was good, extra blankets in the salt cave and all set up in your sauna with an offer to get me water. What a fantastic time that my daughter and I had celebrating her 29th birthday. We tried the salt cave, the infrared sauna and the hand and foot detox. They were all wonderful! The staff are super friendly. They provide a blanket, a robe and hot tea. I highly recommend it!

Excellent! Very busy but Melody took care of everyone very well. The infrared sauna and salt cave is the little push my body needed to get rid of a virus u got at Christmas thats just not going away.
