The staff is skilled and knowledgeable especially Stephanie, and they genuinely care about their clients' satisfaction. Steph was incredibly attentive to my needs, took breaks when she could sense I needed them, and thoroughly explained the entire process of the HIFU treatment to ensure I was comfortable the entire appointment! Will be coming back for further treatments in the future!

My overall experience was superb! I chose the Signature Package, and it was incredibly relaxing. I highly recommend this pampering session to everyone. The team of staff was commendable—very welcoming and friendly. Reanne gave me a reminder before my visit and assisted me upon arrival. Stephanie was extremely professional and explained the procedures thoroughly. Mercedes took excellent care of me during the massage, facial, and steam bath. She ensured my comfort throughout the entire experience. Kudos to the entire team! Mandala has become my top spa spot, and I will definitely be returning!🥰

Maladala Aesthetics is like no other! From the reception to the room set up it is absolutely beautiful. The beauty therapist Phoebe was amazing, explained everything in detail and answered all questions I asked. I had the massage plus facial package, and it was the best massage I've had in a very long time. Will be rebooking again very soon.
