Meral makes you feel so welcome when you enter a serene space ✨ lovely chilled atmosphere. The cupping and facial package is honestly amazing, worth every second, your body gets used to the cups and after a wee while, you zone out and forget the cups are on you - extra bonus the cups are in the shape of a heart ♥️ Definitely booking in again for another experience 🤍✨

The massage was great, the afternoon tea however was really poor! We barely ate any of it! Have had packages many times at the gin spa and the afternoon tea has always been lovely but this was not great at all, everything felt stale. We won’t come back which is a shame

First time visiting, I opted for the Relaxation Package and I was not disappointed. I chose the Hot Stone Massage and then 30 min Reiki Treatment, Michelle was amazing. I left feeling very relaxed and the oils smelled amazing. Will definitely be back.

I had a treatment with Kat today and it was fantastic!! She was very knowledgeable and took such good care of me. Kaitlin met me at the door and showed me around. She made me feel so welcome!! I had the Blissful Spa package which is such great value!!! The afternoon tea, gin and Prosecco was a great finish to my day!! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Had a wonderful full body massage with Ellis. She was super friendly knowledgeable about the treatment. Treatment was really relaxing and I loved the little positivity cards we done! All the after care was explained and I loved the stretches I was given away! We had the twilight package with dinner with was lovely. Will defo be back to the spa

Ellis and the team at the Gin Spa were amazing. My mother and I both went for the “Just the Tonic” Package, and Ellis was an amazing masseuse - so firm and helpful in making sure you got what you wanted. The service overall was so special and they had little surprises along the way. Take the package for an amazing experience with the most incredible afternoon tea ever (EVEN with vegan and GF options!!) and amazing service and decor in the restaurant too. Overall 11/10 thank you all so much, we had a great time!

A fab total relaxation package. Our therapists Shannon and Rebecca were lovely and made us feel totally relaxed. Hubby had the full body massage mainly working on his back. I had the back, shoulders and neck with the reflexology. In our package was afternoon tea with prosecco and a gin at cup (Gin 71) which was great and we had to have a doggy bag ! We would recommend the gin spa.

We had the ‘Gin to your Tonic' Couples Spa Package with Prosecco Afternoon Tea’ today and it was so good. They have all COVID-19 safety measures in place which puts you instantly at ease. We were greeted by Rebecca and Shannan who were friendly & knowledgeable. We both had an amazing full body massage and left feeling relaxed. The afternoon tea followed which was very good, plenty of options (for dietary requirements) and had a lovely glass of Prosecco and a gin and tonic. Staff were so friendly and service was superb! Would highly recommend!!

We had an amazing experience at the gin spa, my therapist Henrietta was fantastic, and I would absolutely wish to have her again when I come next time. Which I will definitely be coming again! This day was absolute bliss! From entering the gorgeous spa which has such a calming relaxing atmosphere and lovely welcoming friendly staff, to the most WOW treatments from Henrietta (back neck and shoulder massage plus mini facial) I felt like I was in heaven. Everything was perfect! We the had a lovely refreshing gin and enjoyed relaxing in the spa before moving upstairs for afternoon tea. The food was very good quality we were very impressed. Everything was so fresh and delicious. We cannot wait to come back. Thank you gin spa 💖

Absolutely amazing! My therapist Ashley was so lovely and so talented! The facial and massage was gorgeous and left me feeling so relaxed. All other staff at the Gin Spa were so lovely. Going to rave about this to all my friends and family! Can’t wait to come back x

Kat was amazing and seriously massaged out my knots. It was amazing to see the expanded spa (not been in 4-5 years!) and the hostess for the afternoon tea was lovely. And overall amazing experience and the best cure for an uncomfortable night bus! Thank you everyone <3

Both my daughter and I really enjoyed our visit today. Can’t fault the ambiance of the spa or therapists - fabulous, but we’re a tad disappointed in the afternoon tea. No scones jam or cream as described on menu.

I love the experience you get once you enter the cocoon spa area. The decor is gorgeous and luxurious. My treatment room was the gin bothy and love the attention to detail. My therapist Henrietta was attentive, knowledgable and personal. My two treatments were just Devine and felt amazing. Why only 4 stars I had afternoon tea and this was very poor think the food was bought in and was served a colic gin when had asked for non alcoholic. The gin restaurant is no longer open and this wasn’t explained to me as now the afternoon tea is served in back area of reception

I had 90 minute pamper package today and it was fabulous. My full body massage was the best I’ve ever had. She worked hard and all my stress and tension melted away. The hot towels were lovely then the last half hour was a very gentle facial and my skin feels wonderful. Will definitely go again.

Shabana is such a lovely & professional holistic therapist who really cares & prioritises your wellness while making you feel relaxed and your absolute best. I highly recommend the 2 hour self care package where you choose a massage & a facial. You’re in good hands with Shabana and I will absolutely be back! As someone who also works in the beauty & wellness industry this is of the best and most relaxing experiences I have had. Thank you so much!

Relaxation package this afternoon was amazing…finished off with a lash lift and tint which looks amazing…Shabana is a fabulous therapist, and look forward to visiting salon again soon!

I love coming to unwind to get my lashes, brows and nails done. It’s such a lovely space, very calm and relaxing (and clean!) Meral has such a lovely presence and is so so good at what she does 🫶🏻

My body, neck, head and face massage was amazing this Sunday afternoon with Shabana. The spa room was warm and has a beautiful interior. I have never had a warm towel wrapped around my neck before for a head massage this was very comforting and so relaxing. Shabana also incorporated some breathing and mindfulness during my treatments, my whole experience today was truly amazing. Cant wait for my next appointment with Shabana. LA Jackson

First time going to a spa. Got the couples retreat package. My massage was amazing and I am now addicted. Best experience and my masseuse made me feel so comfortable. Definitely worth the experience.
