Lovely and professional staff, and my nails look beautiful. Something to keep in mind is that they do Russian manicure, which features full cuticle removal, which I did not expect and would have asked not to have done, had I known. So something keep in mind.

I had a fantastic experience at LY Beauty London with Yulia! Her attention to detail was impeccable, and she was incredibly nice, kind, and patient. I had a gel manicure with Lien - she was great and very attentive, she made sure my manicure was perfect. The ambience is great and peaceful as well. I would highly recommend!

The best manicure and pedicure I've ever had! Salon is spacious and so clean. Staff are really friendly, thorough and quick. Really really happy with my experience. I had booked and would recommend, you can walk in and wait but it did get busy after working hours finished. Will be back soon

Excellent experience! I came across this spa by chance and can’t wait to return! The design inside is absolutely stunning, I was greeted by incredibly friendly staff and had the best massage I’ve had with Biba. I can’t wait to go back for another treatment. I highly recommend.

I cannot express how satisfied I am with the service at this salon! I usually get my manicures with Maria and pedicures with Alina—they are true professionals. My cuticles are always perfectly done. I've had a blowout appointment with Nadia, who is such a lovely person and gave me many helpful tips on making my blowout last longer. I was over the moon with my hair! Highly recommend.

Rosana went out of her way to make every client comfortable today. I was so impressed with her caring nature and customer service. She also did an amazing pedicure and manicure. My nails look amazing and healthy. And she did the best brow tint and shape I be ever done. Will return!
