This is a great change from the normal style of nail salon. Lovely day spa feel and staff all speak in whispered tones to keep the relaxing vibe going. Only downside was a 20min delay to the appointment time that I had booked but I am sure this will improve as they settle in.

I had a wonderful experience with Selina at Blue Phoenix. Her space was clean and set up beautifully. I got a spray tan with the Eco Tan product. Selina paid so much attention to detail and did a really amazing job. The colour turned out wonderfully. She was so lovely and welcoming, I would definitely recommend Blue Phoenix!

l recently had the most incredible relaxation massage at Phoenix Beauty. It was the perfect way to unwind after a busy week. The atmosphere was so calming, and the massage therapist was incredibly skilled and attentive. They really took the time to understand my needs and tailor the massage accordingly. The pressure was just right, and I felt all my stress melt away. I left feeling completely rejuvenated and refreshed. I can't wait to treat myself to another massage for Mother's Day.

My sister and I were so impressed by everything within the salon. Everyone was super friendly and kept checking in throughout the process. The salon was really clean, smelt lovely and had a beautiful clam atmosphere that made it feel like a relaxing spa experience.

Salon is lovely and clean. All staff seemed lovely. I had an older lady do my pedicure. I noticed she didn’t put cuticle oil/cream on my toenails and also did not really use the clippers to tidy up my nails. I will return though 😊

I had a great experience getting a pedicure and shellac done here. All the staff were very nice and were very facilitating when it came to me bringing my 3 month old in with the pram. The vibes here were great with everyone happy and looking like they were enjoying their job. I will be going back!

We had a terrific experience at Luxe Tips both of us had shelac pedicures. The owner Sophia was extremely inviting and her staff were very friendly especially Jane. The salon is very clean and a comfortable place. Most importantly it is quiet. Not a lot of traffic noise going on outside making it easier to relax. Definitely worth a visit. I'll be a regular customer.
