Very pleased and happy with my nails yet again. Talented nail tech with a pleasant manner. Comfortable work space and surroundings. Only note would be to work on better timing as the long wait can be a bit of inconvenience to clients. But overall pleased with the service.

I recently had the pleasure of indulging in the Island Xmas spa experience at Reflections Spa. My treatments began with the Lomi massage and a facial expertly administered by the masseuse (unfortunately I'm bad with names and I've forgotten hers). I, however, have not forgotten her skilled hands which worked out every knot and kink, leaving me feeling like a weight had been lifted off my shoulders. The massage was tailored to my specific needs, with just the right amount of pressure and technique. Next I had the pedicure, which left my feet looking and feeling pampered. Rating: 5/5

Fawn & Lashae provided top tier services and professionalism. The massage was divine & I felt like I was floating after the pedicure. The ladies were very warm & kind to my friend & I. Definitely gonna recommend you guys to my friends and family. 1st time here but definitely not my last. Good job ladies!

Natasha is knowledgeable about her craft and I thoroughly enjoyed my radiance facial which helped renewed my skin after some sun burn my eyebrows were arched to perfection and the "walkabout" pedicure was well done and not rushed...I will be returning again to try these and other services on offer because of the cost, cleanliness and professionalism found at Encore.

I had a wonderful experience at Reflections Spa! I opted for the Bangkok Journey and requested a slight change to end with the bath, which my therapist was more than happy to accommodate. The treatment began with a Balinese massage and relaxing facial, followed by a full-body scrub, and concluded with a rejuvenating sensory bath ritual. I loved having the room all to myself throughout the entire experience—it was beautifully decorated and incredibly calming. I will definitely be returning!

It was my first time ever getting a pedicure. Natasha was very gentle and made sure that I was comfortable. The experience was very relaxing and truthfully, I was ready to sleep afterwards 🤣. 10/10 would definitely recommend 👌

10/10. That is how I would rate my experience. I had the Proud to be Bajan special which included a body scrub, a warm stone massage, facial cleanse and soak. My therapist Akayla(I apologize if the spelling is incorrect) was amazing. She made sure I was comfortable and i was so comfortable I actually fell asleep. Reflections spa was just what the doctor ordered :). Thanks again. I definitely will be making this a more regular habit.

I book the leg & feet massage along with a classic pedicure for my work Colleague. Her service was done by Shereena and it was indeed a great and rewarding experience for her. She expressed to me how amazing it felt, so warm and refreshing. It definitely created a longlasting effect on her. Shereena was extremely professional, warm and welcoming. She did an amazing job with the classic pedicure, took time and effort regarding every detail in carrying out the process. The prep for each service was on point.
