What an amazing afternoon thank you so much Pam and Kathryn My massage with Pam was amazing she is a maestro finding knots and relieving them when I didn’t even know they were there but I feel an inch taller! Then I had a facial and chemical peel with Kathryn which was relaxing and my skin feels smoother and re-energised. I had the pleasure of experiencing a sports massage with Nicola for the first time today, as part of my Marathon preparation. From the initial booking, Nicola's communication was excellent, making sure I knew where to go and park up, to understanding my specific needs and any areas of tension. The environment was incredibly relaxing, which made it easy to unwind. Nicola’s technique was spot-on, targeting all the right muscles and providing just the right amount of pressure. Overall, it was a very effective experience. Highly recommend!

Lymphatic drainage massage with Pam. After recently having surgery I am very swollen and was advised by my surgeon to have a lymphatic drainage massage. I am so grateful I found ‘Mollie Elise Aesthetics’ and was immediately put at ease. Pam is very friendly, extremely knowledgeable & I felt immediate relief during and after the massage. Nicola is great! We have a regular booking every 4 weeks for Saturday morning massage for myself and my mum and Nicola comes to us. It is very comfortable and we love it. I have a disc problem in my back and this regular massage has really helped. Highly recommend 👍🏼

Booked for a sports massage / rehabilitation for a shoulder injury following a recommendation. Joe was really professional and knowledgeable, the massage has definitely helped free up the joint and muscles, and given some pain relief. Joe also provided me with some exercises to use going forward which don’t require gym equipment to improve mobility & pain which I’ll be doing daily. Really impressed, thank you!

Brilliant. Normally just have the sports massage, but as Danny had worked out what the issues were with my knees, we also set up this session going through exercises on the equipment on what to do, how to do it correctly, how to adjust my current exercise regime etc to help improve my knees. It was spot on, easy to follow, and I left feeling like I'd done 2 hors with my PT 🤣

A fantastic service from a team that are highly skilled and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommended to anyone requiring Sports Massage or Rehabilitation.
