The therapist was incredibly skilled, targeting all the right spots with just the perfect amount of pressure. As someone who is quite active, l often have muscle tension, but after this session, I felt a huge release of tightness and a significant increase in flexibility.

Ann is such a professional ! She is excellent at what she does and has a good demeanour for her job. She was responsive to my needs before and during the massage and had a good sense of humour to get me through the more painful aspects of the sports massage. I left feeling relaxed, invigorated and happy. Kudos to Andrew for his warm welcome each time on entry and for making the bookings stress free and simple.
