Grace is an excellent sports massage therapist. She really got to grips with all the areas of my body that needed attention. She was very knowledgeable about the body and thorough in her massage techniques. I will certainly be going again.

First appointment with Grace was exactly as I expected; extremely professional treatment provided with upmost care and consideration, in a calming, beautiful space. I would highly recommend Grace for any sports massage – her overall knowledge and approach to healing is exceptional. I’ve already booked again.

I visited Paula at Bonitaz Serenity Spa for the first time today. I opted for the pure indulgence treatment and wow it certainly was indulgent. It included a scrub, full body massage and facial. I came out feeling amazing and so relaxed. Paula was fantastic and it certainly won’t be my last visit. Definitely 5 stars ⭐️

Amazing massage! After a comprehensive consultation and assessment of my posture & tension, Grace carried out a targeted treatment to address the muscle imbalances which are causing my aches. She explained that it will take time to rectify, and gave advice on exercise and lifestyle to help. Targeted massage like this is not exactly relaxing, but you know you're going to be in better shape afterwards! Thank you Grace, I can't wait for my next appointment.

This was a first visit to Bonitaz, and chosen due to the location and availability. I had the leg and foot massage, which started with a foot soak and pedicure. It was very relaxing and very good pressure used on my feet. Paula is lovely and friendly. Very attentive and professional. I will definitely visit here again.
