Excellent. Grace takes the time to go over the suggestions she made at my last visit regarding my yoga postures. These have helped enormously towards better postures in my yoga practice and for my body. The sports massage is first class. Grace concentrates on the problem areas and works towards relieving pressure and discomfort. I feel so much better and can move more freely.

Great over all experience, grace know her stuff and is both gentle when required and also firm when needed especially on the sports massage side

I visited Paula at Bonitaz Serenity Spa for the first time today. I opted for the pure indulgence treatment and wow it certainly was indulgent. It included a scrub, full body massage and facial. I came out feeling amazing and so relaxed. Paula was fantastic and it certainly won’t be my last visit. Definitely 5 stars ⭐️

This was a first visit to Bonitaz, and chosen due to the location and availability. I had the leg and foot massage, which started with a foot soak and pedicure. It was very relaxing and very good pressure used on my feet. Paula is lovely and friendly. Very attentive and professional. I will definitely visit here again.

Grace did a very thorough pre massage postural assessment, a fantastic sports massage & advice post massage to improve my posture. Would highly recommend a massage with Grace
