I had a wonderful experience at Motion Remedy. The staff were professional, knowledgeable, and made me feel completely at ease. This is the first time I’ve visited Motion Remedy at the new Hornchurch location. The salon is beautifully decorated, in calm and relaxing colours. From the moment you arrive you can see the attention to detail, complimentary hot or cold drinks, friendly helpful receptionist and spotlessly clean. I had an amazing hot stone massage by Gigi, but I will definitely be trying out the treatments available with the new therapists. 12/10!

I recently had a lymphatic drainage massage, and it was incredible! Gigi is professional and knowledgeable, explaining the process and its benefits clearly. I had a lovely experience. I would definitely book again for the full body massage with the glass skin facial. The glass skin facial was amazing today. Really friendly and professional.

I really enjoyed my massage, I had a sports massage which incorporated stretching. She worked very hard to make sure that my tight legs was loose. She was also very polite and friendly. I would definitely recommend and I will be back.

Another great sports massage from Gigi. Always come away aching from her ironing out the knots in muscles and tendons. A day or so later I notice the real benefits during training or at an event. Definitely recommended 💯
