No. 1 Sports Massage in Newcastle! I teach multiple yoga and fitness classes each week, and have never felt such a difference as I have with Charlotte. She will tweak your session exactly to what your body is needing that day - and there is no going back once you've tried adding on cupping after a deep tissue massage!

I have the most incredible 45-minute full body massage session at BODYROLL, and I can't stop raving about it! The owner, Triin, was exceptionally helpful and made me feel so welcome from the moment I stepped into the beautiful studio space. The BODYROLL machines worked wonders on every part of my body, leaving me feeling completely blissed out, I can't wait for my next visit. Highly recommend to anyone in need of some self-care coupled with a mini-workout!

Myself and my partner visited Bodyroll studio for our first session totally unsure what to expect. I have to say the whole experience was amazing. Triin, who owns the studio is so welcoming and approachable. She talked us through what we would do during the session and how the whole process works, so very knowledgeable. Always a good experience! Charlotte is friendly, approachable and I always leave every single session feeling better than when I walked in. Training in combat sports I naturally pick up a lot of injuries that slowly start to add up, but I always feel brand new after an appointment here!
