Steph is so knowledgeable and helpful about any condition that you present her. A really excellent massage and treatment.

A wonderful session with Steph today as usual in sorting out minor aches and pains caused by a very active life. Steph is superb, a very skilled and experienced sports masseur. Very highly recommended.

Just had a deep tissue massage with Janka and every time it gets better she frees knots and aches that come with getting old . I am booked in for a reflexology treatment just before Christmas and that will allow me to enjoy Christmas with not as much pain and discomfort which I am very grateful for.
