i had my first sports massage today, it was like nothing I have experienced before and did I need it. I walked out with less pain in the shoulder which I have had for over a year. It was uncomfortable at times but I knew it was doing me good. I've already booked to go back. Thank you very much

Dave is super knowledgeable, he was able to offer me loads of advice on how to treat my injury moving forwards. He is super generous with his time and absolutely spot on with his massage, he knows to find the sweet spot straight away. I always feel very comfortable when I go for a treatment

Chloe was absolutely brilliant, got six years of tension and knots out of my back and shoulders and neck! The hot stones were like a hot both, very soothing after the intensity of the sports massage Highly recommend Will be making a regular appointments to keep on top of it.

Found Ryan to be both experienced and knowledgeable as a physio. Initial consultation was thorough and included exercises to determine extent of injury, plus stretches to do to aid recovery. And follow-up consultation focused on rehab, isolation exercises then functional exercises to correctly diagnose and treat. Weekly sports massage sessions at times are intense and at times enjoyable. Do feel better afterwards. Also helps that Ryan is so cheery and talkative.

I always feel so much better after these sports massages - during not so much 😂 #nopainnogain

Always a great experience and session with James. True master at his technique, skill and expertise learnt in his field. Thanks for working on my random and weird past injury’s! Managing to successfully get some life back into my nerve damaged areas of the body, that I thought wouldn’t reconnect, was a massive unexpected bonus.
