I first visited around 5 weeks ago with shoulder pain, which has improved a lot following physio and the rehab programme provided by Molly. Yesterday I also had a sports massage for shoulder/neck pain which has worked wonders. Will definitely be a regular client.

A great sports massage. I was asked many questions about possible target points that I would like more attention on. This was great and those targeted areas had a little more attention. Today the day after my lags are feeling great. Thank you for a great Spots Massage.

There is no doubt that Nina does what it says in the tin... a really good power massage. I had hip surgery not too long ago and Nina is helping me get back doing the sports I love by working through scar tissue and addressing the strains on weakened muscles. Highly recommend.

A very professional approach and well qualified, I recommend Antonio highly. A thorough massage experience. She also advised me about some stretching exercises to do and emphasized the importance of doing these little and often. The environment was warm and welcoming with parking available nearby.
