Karen is very knowledgeable, kind and caring! She always ensures she educates me on why we are doing certain procedures/ facials/ treatments and really cares about getting my skin better! From the moment I stepped into the serene oasis of Jane's beauty therapy space, I knew I was in for a treat. The ambiance of the place immediately enveloped me in a cocoon of tranquility. The service I opted for was the 'Hydrating & Pore Cleansing' treatment, a choice I am now incredibly grateful for. One of the most impressive aspects of the session was how Jane took the time to explain each step of the process. Her detailed description of the purpose and benefits of the different products used was not only informative but also indicative of her deep knowledge and passion for skin care.

One word: amazing. Jane is so kind and patient and my eyebrows look ah-mazing. My baby was a bit unsettled as she woke up mid appointment and Jane was such a pro and patient throughout. 10/10 eyebrow tint & 10/10 customer service. I wouldn’t go anywhere else !!

Jane is highly professional and detailed with her services. She is knowledgeable and won't recommend something for you if she didn't genuinely think it would benefit you. It's rare to find this level of professionalism and integrity in the beauty space so I would highly recommend her to anyone. A heavenly experience. From the easy booking to the detailed consultation by getting an up close zoomed viewing of my hair health. Not rushed. One of the most greatest shoulder, neck and head massage. Plus the overall experience was so extra and made me feel so relaxed. This was truly such a wholistic pampering session.
