I didn't know what to expect as this was my first visit. The staff were just amazing, the place was sparkling and clean, and the result was perfect! I even asked for some last minute sugaring services on top of what I'd book and they were able to accomodate. I'm already booked for my next appointment - highly recommend this place.

Had some issues with getting to my schedule on time due to finishing at the doctors later than anticipated and an accident on the freeway. The lady in the phone at Applecross made a way to make sure I was able to attend my appointment. Jay Jay at North Perth was friendly, kind and professional. I felt comfortable and she had plenty of helpful information. The customer service made me want to keep coming back regularly and try other treatments. Thanks ladies!

I had an amazing experience with sugar waxing, and Jay Jay made it even better! She was so warm, professional, and made me feel completely at ease throughout the entire process. The treatment itself was much less painful than traditional waxing, and my skin felt so smooth afterward. Jay Jay took the time to ensure everything was perfect and was so friendly and attentive. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a comfortable and effective waxing experience. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Absolutely amazing! So happy with end result and how thorough, yet gentle Jay Jay was - I almost fell asleep!! Not nearly as painful as normal waxing and skin feels so amazing and smooth, thank you!!! Will definitely come back and recommend!!

Such a welcoming environment and staff made me feel so comfortable, with someone who has sensitive skin I was delighted to have no irritation post wax, it was a very pleasant experience and I highly recommend. Sugaring is a yes from me!! 😘

The sugaring was so gentle and quick and I was left with skin in a far better condition then waxing or shaving ever gives me. I also had my eyebrows threaded and tinted which I found so relaxing and I walked away with a shape that I loved. Will definitely be back

I had a great first experience here. Wonderful staff & warm clean space. My first time having sugaring done, and I'm so happy with it. In the past I've only had waxing done and when moving to Perth it's been hard to find somewhere that did it to a high standard with a great attitude, but now I've found my place! Love that it's using natural ingredients, so simple and so effective! And because of the method, needing to do smaller areas at a time, there's no parts that get missed-yay! And no sticky wax left behind, I left feeling clean and fresh and my skin was so much happier with the sugaring!

Maryam is wonderful. My second time sugaring at sweet lab, I love it. My skin does not react to the sugar and I also find it takes longer to grow out. Overall very pleased with the process and results! You will not regret trying it out! 👌🏻 ⭐️
