This was my first time experiencing the sugaring technique. I would say that they both get the job done well in the same amount of time. The space or environment in which it was done is very clean, spacious and relaxing. The cost for the various services offered is very reasonable. For me, the best part is the aesthetician Shelly. She was very thorough and informative, always a pleasure to deal with her, and I would recommend ANY MALE to come forward and try her services that she offers. Sugaring is no walk in the park but Rhea makes me very comfortable and happy. The booking process is simple. Rhea provides details before hand in preparation for the service. She is readily available to answer any questions. Her studio is very cozy and clean and her warm and gentle voice is very therapeutic for me. Her thorough explanations on the sugaring service and her constant check-ins are truly appreciated. I highly recommend Secret Touch! You will not be disappointed.

This was my 1st sugaring experience and it was great, my sugarist was gentle and informative as she kept me informed of what she was doing and what I should expect, there was a slight discomfort when the sugary paste was being applied, however removing it was a breeze, even though I was told to expect a pinching like sensation, I don't know if it was the Netflix, the comfy massage table, the coolness of the room from the ac,the fluent conversation which we had or if she's just that talented but I do know I walked in smiling and hairy and walked out smiling bigger and hairless! #my1stmanzilian

This was my first time ever having sugaring done, and I got a Brazilian. Monica was lovely, engaging, gentle and very professional. She took into account my previous bad experiences with waxing (breaking out and lingering soreness) and took steps to minimize those problems potentially happening again. Less than twelve hours later I’m almost fully back to normal, no lingering soreness and no breakouts, and my skin feels great. 100% will return as a customer.

It was way easier and painless to waxing. However, what made is also great was the young lady that conducted the sugaring. She was nice and explained what she was doing every step of the way. Great customer skills. Very pleasant. Loved it and the end results. Cannot wait to return again.

I had a manicure, pedicure, sugaring (under arm and Brazilian) Christina did all services - she was pleasant, gentle. I am not someone who wears nail polish I told her I have a special event but didn't know what color to choose, I showed her my dress and she assisted me with choosing a color. She answered all my questions about the services. She is very patient and professional. I will be a repeat customer and I want to be assigned to her. The other staff were also friendly and professional. I like the atmosphere. Chakra Spa is my new favorite spa. Love the products. Christian is awesome!

Nicole is excellent. Professional, customer oriented, friendly, a real joy to spend time with. My first Brazilian sugaring took only 35 min. She was patient yet efficient.
