Shannon is a consummate professional. She genuinely cares about her craft and understands the importance of tattoo removal. She is worth every penny of the price and she is a great listener. Totally a 5 star Permanent makeup salon and more!! Shannon was very pleasant and personal from the minute I walked in the door. She is very professional and knowledgeable about her job and the work she does!! She is very detail oriented! She was kind enough to walk me over to the new Sound Bar venue. I can’t wait to try out some of the classes they offer and enjoy the cafe! I HIGHLY recommend all of her services!

Awesome! Shannon is working on removing a tattoo for me, and my experience with her was so much better than the first session I had with a local dermatologist’s office. Shannon is very experienced in both tattooing and tattoo removal and has very affordable prices! She’s great and I’m extremely happy with the results so far!
