It was incredible. The space was very comforting and my masseuse made sure I was comfortable and not in any discomfort. In the lava shells massage, though it’s not very pressure intensive, definitely does the job in reliving any pain or soreness from the muscles. I highly enjoyed my experience.

Very good massage from Alice who took care to understand my preferences and tailored the massage to suit. Relaxing ambience with gentle music and low lighting. Heated massage table was a nice touch!

The staff were all so welcoming and put myself and my partner at complete ease from the onset. Time was taken to listen to our expectations for the massage session and these needs were catered for with precision and great care - a fantastic experience all round and one we'll remember!!

30 minute reflexology treatment with Francesca which I always enjoy, as a regular client. Followed by a hot stone body massage.’Rachel always hits the problems that need working on . She is so calm and an excellent therapist. I love coming here . Warm welcome from Shanie . I have to be honest that after spending £100 on treatments it was disappointing to be hearing maintenance men drilling and hammering throughout my 90 minutes , in the spirit leisure club right next to the treatment room .

I felt in desperate need of a refurb, so I booked in for an energy massage. I met my therapist, Bev, who explained it was a mix of traditional massage and prana healing techniques. The back, neck and shoulder massage was great! Lovely flowing moves and warm oil, very relaxing. When Bev started with the prana work I just drifted away, completely gone and I had to be woken up at the end! Bev explained how to care for myself the rest of the day and I feel fabulous. I can highly recommend Bev’s work, and the care from owner Katie and Rebecca on reception was lovely too. Go there!

Did not expect to be as blown away as i was by the service, care and time put in to my massage. Jane (I think that her name) took time to speak to me, she was kind, caring, genuine and such a lovely person. I went in there a big ball of stress and came out feeling so relaxed. Massage was great and skilled. Staff very friendly and the facilities are (if one is critical) basic but work. The garden is lovely. Good value for money.
