I hadn’t been to Sanctuary for a couple of weeks, as I’d been away… well, I got a big welcome back! I highly recommend the Winter Magic Special - combining Thai massage, hot stones and reflexology. So good! The massage pressure was perfect, and I got up 90 minutes later feeling fabulous. A brilliant way to start the day. Kob kun ka. 🙏

My massage was done by BT, who I had already met at another place and I was so happy to see her again. She knows. her job in and out, will massage away all the knots and aches. I have has a lot of massages done by different masseurs and mostly by Thai personnel, and BT is by far the best. I just hope she stays around for as long as I stay around. I couldn't function without her. I trust and value her as she enables me to go out and be physical and do my job. Love you BT. Thank you and see you again.

We have been going for weekly massages for about 6 weeks and the experience has been spectacular. The massage therapists are very good and we've tried four different therapists and they're all very good at their craft. I've had a tight shoulder and forearms and the relief has been amazing. We would highly recommend Sanctuary.

AMAZING. I am a regular at the Sanctuary, with the traditional Thai massage being a favourite. But no two massages are ever the same… there is no predictability, no boredom. Por quickly assesses what the body needs - today she didn’t even ask me where was sore, but quickly worked it out. Having trained previously as an orthopaedic nurse, I trust her implicitly with a niggly knee injury. Her colleagues are also warm and friendly, and I finish every visit to Sanctuary Birkenhead by floating down the stairs. I am a better person after a massage from Por and her magic hands. Kob kun ka.

I travel from the south of Auckland to the North just to get these ladies to massage me . I have been going to them for a few years now and they are all by far the best I’ve ever had including having Thai massages around the world. The new look also is really tropical so you feel like you step into a slice of paradise when you arrive. I guarantee you will not regret your decision to try their massages

Very skillful and friendly staff helping me relax and recover after an unlucky back injury, Thai massage better for general health and wellbeing than ACC acupuncture?

Battie is very good at her craft, She provides the perfect touch finding the tight muscles that need attention, very good massage.

In order to maintain flexibility and movement in my upper and lower back I have frequented a number of Thai massage services on the North Shore, I now get a regular 90 min Thai Oil massage at Sala and they provide the best friendly massage I have ever had. I recommend them very highly.
