Lily's Therapeutic massage is a understatement. The whole body is released top to toe, then the problem area is worked on. The pain in my body is eased from just one massage, but its the lasting effect it has had, I can move easier, better, sleep better. I have been getting massages on and off for years.. this one is up there with the best!

Sarah is a very good massage therapist. I didnt have to say much about my injury and she was aleady onto it. She even picked up couple of my old sports injuries.

Feel way better after massage. Sarah got into some sore spots
