Steph was so compassionate and thorough during the planning process to shower our friend, a bride. Two of us got a custom massage and one of us got a hot stone massage. A truly amazing massage experience. I came in with intense neck, upper back, and shoulder pain from working at a computer for long hours. Lindsay targeted areas of tension and pain, and also pointed out parts of my body that were tight and holding in stress (forearms, pecs). I learned a lot about my body while also enjoying a genuinely relaxing and transformative experience. I will definitely be coming in for another massage!

Excellent experience at Spektrim Selfcare Studio! I booked a 60 minute therapeutic massage and a hot coca facial. I left feeling relaxed and my face was glowing. Definitely worth the drive across town!

Amazing! I felt so comfortable and welcome in her space and the massage was exactly what I needed - just the right amount of pressure and she focused on the areas that I said I wanted to work on! Can't wait to go back!
