A few appointments ago, I had a muscle pain from the side of my neck down to the middle of my shoulder blade. No matter what I did, I couldn't loosen it up or to lessen the pain. Heidi used different techniques to address my issue. By the next day, I was pain-free and had full mobility. I always leave my appointments feeling better and looser.
