It was my first visit to this lovely little salon having received a voucher as a gift. I had an upper back hot oil massage and a rose quartz facial. Louise is very welcoming and friendly and done a wonderful job so relaxing, so relaxing that I think I was snoring a few times🤭. Would definitely recommend it hope to visit again soon.

Just what I needed after a bout of covid. I tested negative and had no high temperature and had been over 5 days since I tested positive so Louise was happy to carry on with my appointment. I was so relaxed with the hot stone massage I fell asleep. It was wonderful. Thankyou Louise for your expertise in what you do. Your time and patience. I'll be back for more next month xx

Just had an amazing hot stone massage at Cover Beauty in Washington. So relaxing! Sandeep checked I was comfortable with pressure/temperature etc and whether there were any specific areas to focus on. The treatment room was quite small and basic, and there was a little background noise but this doesn’t bother me at all (it was also a busy Saturday morning!). Overall I’d highly, highly recommend and I’ll definitely be visiting again.

If I could give more stars I would! Can’t thank Louise enough for how refreshed she makes me feel by the time I leave after my treatments. I had the Snowberry Candle Massage, Facial and Pink Gin Pedicure (which is a fav) and my skin feels amazing. Already booked in for my next appointments because I’m sick of missing out when she is fully booked.

Another fabulous facial from Louise. I had the detox and my face felt (and looked) a million times better. I had to skip the back massage today (😢) because of a bad back, but I have to say, the heated bed really helped ease it. My son (35) came along with me today for the men’s facial and back massage and says he feels so much better for it. As always, Louise made us feel completely at ease and pampered. Brilliant!

I injured my back and broke ribs in a riding accident. Louise gives a superb massage to relieve the aches and pains and demonstrates her superb knowledge, talking through what she finds and needs to do. The salon is immaculate relaxing and a safe place to visit. Louise works with both a visor and face mask.

Had the Frangipani massage today. On arrival, Louise talked me through the Covid-19 requirements and the steps she had in place to ensure mine, hers and other clients’ safety. Louise also talked me through what the massage would entail. Louise already knew of my medical history and so she was extra cautious around my needs and the amount of pressure I could withstand. The room itself is decorated beautifully and the aromas are welcoming and relaxing, conducive to the treatment. Throughout the treatment, Louise ensured that I was comfortable. Manjit was friendly & professional. Excellent results from treatments & a complementary head massage which was lovely.

Hot stone back and shoulders massage just what was needed. I had very tight and knotted shoulders.

Great customer service and local. Perfect treatments and topped with a head massage which was much needed.
