It was my first acupuncture and everything was explained to me, it included a detailed assessment. It was a relaxing set up and there was regular check ins to make sure I was OK. It was a positive & relaxing experience.

I’ve been visiting Amethyst for accupuncture prior to an IVF cycle. Amy has been amazing, she really knows her stuff and has offered some excellent advice on what foods to eat, how to relax and improve sleep. She puts ear seeds on me so I can still stimulate the accupuncture points between sessions which has been so helpful. I feel much calmer, get better sleep and have had a great IVF cycle thanks to Amy!
