Lily's Therapeutic massage is a understatement. The whole body is released top to toe, then the problem area is worked on. The pain in my body is eased from just one massage, but its the lasting effect it has had, I can move easier, better, sleep better. Always a treat getting a massage from Lily. Having regular massages with her has helped me walk much better having suffered from arthritis for years with my knee. Greatly helped with hip, back and neck pain as well. Circulation is so much better.

Sarah is absolutely amazing! I started seeing Sarah over a year ago when I was told I wouldn't get any better than I was at that time. Well boy did Sarah proved them wrong thats for sure. I no longer need an ankle brace just to walk and I'm no longer in constant pain like I was! Sarah knows my body better than I do and offers excercises to do at home to further strengthen my ankle. I then broke 3 ribs which was no problem for Sarah she just adapted the massage she gave me complete confidence in her work! She really knows her stuff - I honestly wouldn't trust anybody else near my ankle/ribs!

Blissful facial and brow tidy. Elysia makes you look and feel great. A truly therapeutic experience.
