KT made my experience extremely comfortable and relaxed, in an immaculate clean & calm and warm environment. She is very knowledgeable and experienced. Skilled facialists are hard to come by in a big city let alone a small town, and Jayne is definitely skilled, they are supremely relaxing whilst also delivering brilliant results - everything a great facial should offer. There are three ‘types’ to choose from at booking but when you arrive she does a thorough consultation and really takes the time to put together a bespoke facial based on your individual skin concerns.

Got a gift for a prescription facial. Katie is welcoming, friendly and amazing at what she does. Honestly the best facial I have had. First visit to this stunning clinic and won’t be my last. The therapist Bina was professional and very knowledgeable. The clinic itself is beautiful and the pumpkin facial was amazing.

Facial was fantastic. I left feeling thoroughly refreshed.

Perfect! Wonderful facial with Bina. So much better than facials elsewhere. It's not just a pamper-fest that makes you feel good for a day. She uses medical-grade products which really do help skin health. V happy!

Katie offers a variety of treatments including microneedling with prp also known as a vampire facial, also B12 injections. I have had both treatments and Katie explains everything about the procedures including after care. Micro needling was new to me and had wanted to try this treatment for a while, Katie was amazing during the treatment, which i have to say wasnt as sore as I expected. Katie is friendly and chatty and makes you feel at ease, always making sure you are ok during treatment. Would highly recommend Katie for any of her treatments, your in safe hands.
