I had a great experience with the lovely Arlene at the clinic! She has been helping me with the stubborn fat areas on my belly that I can’t seem to reduce with exercise. With the Emskulpt machine the pads work the areas at a deeper level and with regular sessions, I can already see the area is contoured! Highly recommend Ultim8 to everyone with so many great new innovative treatments available at this clinic for your face, body and skin from hair loss to having glowing youthful skin and toning the body!

Today at the clinic I for a skin booster and a IV drip. Injectable skin boosters improve the hydration and density of the skin, diminish fine lines and give the complexion a youthful glow. I had the Tixel treatment today along with an Emskulpt session this is my 3rd treatment so far at the clinic. What can I say my scarring has faded so much and my skim looks radiant! The Emskulpt was on my tummy area as I can’t seem to get rid of the stubborn fat with diet or exercise, I can see this area looking more toned and contoured already which makes me feel more confident with my body!

Natalie really nice and makes you feel very relaxed and comfortable, great knowledge on personal treatments, would highly recommend anyone either looking for advice or requiring treatments definitely give her a call. I have had fat reducing on my stomach and a collagen facial with amazing results. I will definitely be back.

I came to Ellie to get my filler from a previous injector dissolved. Upon visiting Cosmella I thought that the clinic was so beautiful and peaceful. I was incredibly scared to get my filler dissolved but Ellie was so reassuring and looked after me. She is so knowledgeable and walked me through each step and explained how dissolving works. Ellie made me feel so comfortable and at ease during the entire process, I honestly can’t thank her enough. She is amazing and I can’t wait to get my lips refilled!

First time meeting Natalie and having my stomach area done with the fat dissolving jags was a bit overwhelming but Natalie put me to ease straight away. Natalie explained the procedure in detail. She was friendly, professional and hygienic. I am looking forward to my next visit and to see the changes in my stomach with the jags.

Today I got fat dissolving treatment on my double chin and it was a great experience! Amy was soooo lovely and the treatment was so quick and pain free! I also got the cutest aftercare bag to take home with me 💕 definitely want to go again! Can’t wait to see the results as my double chin is a big insecurity of mine!
