Always professional, welcoming, discrete, and competent!!! I get a patat to help ease my excema, which is embarrassing and uncomfortable. After a patat, my bikini area feels great, smooth, and not irritated!! Also, controlling the hair controls the friction that aggravates excema and now I can do both in 1 treatment.
