Pier gives the best complimentary treatment for my arthritis. Acupuncture with Estim and light massage is helpful to take all needles in sensitive areas. Once again, great service!

I found Lynn on IG, and have been trying to connect w her services for over a year! Finally, everything aligned I flew in fr Miami, FL to visit family, time in nature w my love tribe n some much needed self care you know to reconnect, reset, and recharge w source. Shes a wizard of the forests, her divine touch and use of tapotments w added pressure decongested my lymphs which needed drainage, she recontoured and sculpted my lines, her myofascial specialty released any blockages, and reinvigorated my whole being. I was smiling from inside out, sort of suspended over wild flowers, in bliss!

I feel so lucky to have found Note to Self Wellness. I had been searching for a natural alternative to botox and other medical anti-aging treatments. I love the look and feel of aging naturally and embracing this aspect of life, but also doing my best to keep my skin vibrant. After getting facials for a few years, I have even started trying additional treatments like the brow tint & shape and the lash tint & lift. I am very fair so you can't see my lashes or brows well without makeup. The experience has been so thoughtfully put together from the moment you walk through the door. Thank you!!!

My experience today was fantastic! I needed a relaxing day and Pier made me feel calm and relaxed right away. The space and vibe was incredible as well! I received the scalp massage and it was fantastic. I will definitely be returning for more services in the near future!!

I recently got a facial with Kelley and she is absolutely amazing. She knew exactly what my skin needed and gave me amazing treatment and recommendations. The products she used were lovely and the aromas were very calming. The space is very relaxing as well. Kelley also did my wedding makeup recently and she made me look like amazing. My guests had no idea I only got an hour of sleep the night before. You know that rare occasion when you find professional that you completely trust? That’s Kelley. Pay her a visit. It’s worth it.

First time Thai massage. Marisa explained what she would be working on after my intake. I left leaving lighter with years of “junk” left on the mat. It is something that I have never experienced before. If your looking to release I would highly recommend.
