Another great treatment - my second face lift massage, I could actually feel the skin on my face tightening when Sam was massaging it, so much so when it was finished I felt like I had one of those clay masks on that tighten as they dry and I was talking as if I had one on - can’t wait for number 3 - thanks Sam

I have booked in with Sam on a monthly basis for the last 6 months or so. I usually have half an hour reflexology and half an hour back massage. I can’t explain how much I crave the sessions for my overall well-being and how relaxed and calm I feel following. Not only does Sam pinpoint exactly the areas that need some attention but she looks at you holistically as a person and listens without judgement. The sessions are like therapy in itself and I cannot recommend Sam enough!!

Sam is phenomenal. She uses techniques I've never had during a massage before and really worked out some knots which had been causing me pain for some time. My first Thai first massage and didn’t know what to expect, absolutely amazing! Another amazing treatment from Sam at Sage Therapies. I highly recommend Sam and her healing hands and voice. My massage and Indian head massage put me into a lovely tranquil yet controlled state to be able to deal with the children going back to school and a missing dog. The dog only went missing in the house and was found in a similar tranquil state in her bed. Thank you again. 😊 xXx

I booked an appointment which was half reflexology and half back massage. After experiencing years of anxiety, I came out feeling relaxed and calm for the first time in a long time.
